how to go from planting doubt
to harvesting your dream life

a list of personal things

assess the ground

before we glow, we have to acknowledge: the unseen hold.
the “I’ll figure it out later” mindset that keeps us replanting
the same seeds in the same tired soil.

most people jump straight into manifestation techniques
and wonder why nothing sticks.

the reason is almost always the same
they skipped this part.
before any seed takes root, you need to know what
you’re actually working with.

grow the roots

your beliefs are the root system of everything

the way you talk to yourself
the opportunities you say yes to
the life you quietly decide you’re allowed to have

if the roots are weak, nothing above ground will hold

start identifying the specific beliefs keeping you stuck
then use the tools here to replace them.

Nurture the soil

you can have the right mindset
and still feel like you’re running in place
that’s usually a body problem, not a belief problem
your nervous system controls whether you feel safe enough to
– take risks
– receive good things
– stay consistent
none of which happens in survival mode.

explore the soil section to build a daily rhythm
that actually feels sustainable

harvest the fruits

this is what you came for

when the roots are strong and the soil is tended
manifestation stops being a ritual
starts being your reality

if you’re not sure you’re ready, take the roadmap first
it’ll show you exactly where the gap is
so you don’t waste time on symptoms instead of causes

about this ‘Farm’

I’m a curious overthinker and recovering self-saboteur. I don’t have it all figured out. But I know what it feels like to be stuck despite trying everything and I know there’s a way through.
That’s what this place is for.
I started mypermafarm as a way to document all of it. The unglamorous experiments. The research that actually helped. The mindset work that felt uncomfortable before it felt freeing. The nervous system tools I wish someone had handed me years earlier.
It’s an evergreen farm, and you’re welcome here at any stage of the season.

Thanks for being here. I’m glad you found the farm.
